Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Adults)
Join MPS Complex Care as a Registered Nurse and use your clinical expertise to deliver one‑to‑one, person‑centred care to adults with complex health needs in their own homes across Wales. We have full and part‑time hours available, giving you flexibility around your lifestyle.
What you’ll be doing

Delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care in line with individual care plans.

Completing thorough assessments, monitoring clinical status and escalating concerns appropriately.

Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately in line with NMC and local policies.

Managing complex interventions which may include tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, suctioning, seizure management and respiratory support (training provided where needed).

Working closely with families, MDTs and commissioners to promote excellent outcomes and continuity of care.

Contributing to robust documentation, clinical governance and safeguarding standards.
What we’re looking for

NMC‑registered Nurse (Adult) – RGN (we also welcome RNLD/RMH with relevant experience).

Ideally 6 months’ experience in complex care, community, acute or high‑dependency settings.

Confident working autonomously in a home environment, with strong clinical decision‑making skills.

A flexible, compassionate professional who puts the person and their family at the centre of everything they do.

Full UK right to work, up‑to‑date mandatory training and enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
