Registered Nurse Children (RNC) – Complex Care (Paediatrics)
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 7 x Night Shifts per week

MPS Healthcare are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Children (RNC) to join our dedicated Complex Care team, supporting a 15-month-old baby currently undergoing a phased discharge home in the Cardiff area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, one-to-one nursing care in a home setting.
- Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care with confidence and precision.
- Administer medications in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.
- Operate and monitor nebuliser therapy as part of ongoing respiratory care.
- Provide enteral feeding via a nasojejunal (NJ) tube, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with family members and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration (RNC).
- Proven experience in paediatric complex care.
- Up-to-date training and competence in tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Excellent communication, compassion, and clinical judgement.
