MPS Healthcare is proud to provide skilled agency nurses to Plas Cae Crwn, a purpose-built, 40-bed care home in Newtown. The Role
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, working alongside the permanent team to support their health, wellbeing, and independence. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, person‑centred care while providing professional leadership to care staff during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective, person‑centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to meet residents’ individual needs.

Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Lead and support care staff, ensuring consistent, compassionate care.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Communicate clearly and sensitively with colleagues and clients.
About You
-
Registered Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC PIN.

At least 6 months of recent UK nursing experience in a care home or similar setting.

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the Update Service (we can help arrange this if required).

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
