As a Qualified Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families while ensuring that the highest standards of professional practice are maintained.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing and prioritising a caseload effectively.
- Completing assessments, reviews, and care plans.
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, colleagues, and partner agencies.
- Undertaking safeguarding investigations and risk assessments.
- Preparing professional reports and maintaining accurate case records.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Care Wales.
- Previous experience within a UK statutory social work setting.
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving the best outcomes for service users.
