Key Responsibilities

Welcome and prepare patients for medical examinations

Record essential health checks (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pulse, Urinalysis, Peak Flow)

Perform audio and colour perception testing

Keep examination rooms organised, clean, and well-stocked

Provide chaperone support when required

Carry out phlebotomy (training can be provided if needed)

Record patient data using internal IT systems

Adhere to healthcare policies and infection control procedures

Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold data protection standards
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working as a Healthcare Support Worker or similar role

Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
A commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism

Phlebotomy skills desirable, but training can be provided
