We are looking to build a consistent team of Health Care Support Workers to provide care for a 17 year old based in Beddau. Our client is a 17 year old male living with complex health needs that require support daily. We want proactive, friendly and committed team members who have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs. Successful applicants will work 20 hours per week for £19177.66 across the year.
This exciting Band 4 opportunity means you will be given training to enhance your skills and gain experience to act as a senior on shift.
On shift, you will be expected to:
- Provide general care and support to aide an individual in living their daily life
- Provide delegated clinical tasks as needed including NIPPY Ventilator management and Medication administration and management
- Maintain safe care delivery and accurate care notes

- £18.44 per hour and £32.65 for Bank Holidays

- Set hours so you know where you are week in week out - 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday

To be considered for this role you must be able to:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months UK Healthcare experience
- Currently have or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
- Currently be registered with or be willing to work towards a Social Care Wales Registration
- Be a driver with a clean license, willing to use the clients mobility vehicle
